Research Overview
My research is rooted in a profound dedication to exploring how technology can foster learning and growth in individuals and organizations. My primary research interests include innovative technologies, personal information management, information behavior, equity, feelings, and higher education. I am deeply intrigued by how individuals interact with technologies and information in various settings and how cultural, social, and technological factors influence these interactions.

My current research spans three main areas: examining how technology and information behavior skills can facilitate cross-cultural communication and understanding in the workplace, exploring the role of information behavior in career transitions, and investigating the impact of technological innovations on organizational learning and development. My research draws upon multidisciplinary theories from social sciences and utilizes a mixed methods approach.

As I move forward in my career, I am excited to continue pushing the boundaries of information science and working to make technology more accessible and beneficial for all. I am committed to making a positive impact on society by conducting research that contributes to the development of innovative and equitable practices in education and beyond.
